Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@xylrenqath.com to initiate a return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Securely pack the items and ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong item.
